⚠️ Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the FlashChat app:
- Open the FlashChat app
- Go to your Profile page
- Tap on "Settings"
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation process
✅ Automatic Deletion: When you delete your account through the app, all your data is automatically removed from our systems.

- All private messages

Subscription Data
- Pro subscription status
- Payment information

- RevenueCat data
Reports & Moderation
- Reports you've made
- Reports against you

Data Retention Policy
We may retain certain information for a limited time in the following circumstances:
- Legal Requirements: Information required by law or for legal proceedings
- Security: Data needed to prevent fraud or abuse
- Service Improvement: Anonymized analytics data (no personal information)
- Dispute Resolution: Information related to ongoing disputes or investigations
Third-Party Services
We also delete your data from third-party services we use:
- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment data
- Firebase Analytics: Usage analytics data
- Firebase Storage: All uploaded media files
- Firebase Auth: Authentication data
