FlashChat is a messaging platform that allows users to communicate with others through text, images, and other media.

You retain ownership of the content you share on FlashChat. By posting content, you grant FlashChat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on and through the service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Your use of FlashChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of FlashChat after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
FlashChat is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
FlashChat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, for your use of the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FlashChat, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the service, including your violation of these Terms of Service.
If you purchase a subscription to premium features, payment will be charged to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings or the app store.
We collect IP addresses as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe community. This information may be shared with third parties for the purpose of preventing spam, detecting fraudulent activities, and ensuring user safety. By using our service, you consent to this collection and sharing of IP information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
